Christmas Markets Photo Diary

It’s getting to that time of year where many people will start feeling the post-summer blues, with their holidays for the year over and the pictures of sandy beaches disappearing on Instagram. But on the flip-side, we’re now just over 100 nights away from Christmas…which also means that Christmas Market Season is nearly upon us – if you’re thinking of going to one anyway! Last year, I went to the Christmas Markets in Cologne, Germany, and it was one of the coolest trips I’ve ever had! So, I decided to put this photo diary together to give any of you who are feeling down about seeing the Summer holidays go, some inspiration for a Christmas trip!

  1. I have been to a few German-style Christmas markets but none of them were in Germany! I have some friends in Cologne so might have to pay them a visit around the holiday period! Thanks for sharing

  2. Love Christmas markets! we went to Prague last year which was magical, never been to Cologne, so may need to try that one! only true German Christmas market we’ve been to was Berlin, which was great fun!
